Trust Your Nature:
Cultivating Resources for Resilience
in These Polarized Times
with Anne Hayden and Sheila Belanger
March 15 to 18, 2018
on South Whidbey Island, WA
Are you frustrated with recurring patterns that continue to create inner and outer dissonance and polarization?
You can move beyond your limitations and create a systemic shift in service to living a powerful and soul-focused life. To do this, you need guidance, practices, tools, and support from a larger field than your individual self to embody your true nature. Your true nature is like a soul blueprint for your life, an inner compass guiding you toward relationship with mystery and your deepest authenticity.
This program is an experiential immersion in resources for resilience to support you to live a more soul-centered life. These foundational practices stand alone as tools to live fully and also form the core of our other Northwest Soulquest programs. Participation in this program can count as a prerequisite for entering our Training Program, Tending the Knowing Field, or embarking on the Wild Soul Vision Quest.
In the Trust Your Nature program, you’ll explore the landscape of your true nature through these practices:
- Process Work
- Engagement with diverse ways of knowing (senses, emotions, imagery, and mental)
- Deepen relationship with Nature and her cycles
- Building of community through ceremonial council
- Movement and other embodiment practices
- Individualized, guided soul tasks in nature
- Self-designed ceremony
- Song, poetry, humor and silence
