Sunday Sessions

Sunday Sessions
with Soulcraft™ and Process Work Practices

As the COVID season grows longer, are you longing to gather with others who are being courted by the mytho-poetic depths during these long days and nights of winter––and the second spring of hunkering? Some of us are introverts or hermits at heart and are pleased with the long year of solitude ….. others are more extroverted or relational at heart, but we all miss the mirroring of our own depths that happens when we gather with companions who thrive on looking for what lies under the surfaces.

In February and March, we are offering two brief sessions on two Sunday afternoons for people who have participated in Soulcraft and/or Process Work practices, or would like to explore them. These are ideal opportunities to gather with a community of depth seekers, and to explore practices that peel back the skin of the ordinary to reveal the mystery and meaning that already lies within you.

FEBRUARY 28, 3-5:30 pm: Embodied Prayer Beneath Polarity
An exploration of what lies beneath challenging inner polarities using Process Work Practices. When you have the courage to embody the polarities that have presented themselves (inner and/or outer), it creates a possibility for a third way to emerge. This third way cannot be known by thinking about it, nor by working toward compromise, integration or adaptation. Beneath the surface tensions of polarities lies energy and vitality that is transformative, energy that you can harness for both inner life and outer-life work. This is an experiential session with movement and council. Previous Process Work with Sheila or Anne necessary to participate. Click here to register.

MARCH 7, 3-5:30 pm: Tap Into Your Deep Imagination
Explore the inner landscape of your deep imagination with various guided practices to reveal the imagery and wisdom at the source. This is an experiential session. To get a sense of working with deep imagery, watch our video with a sample guided journey on Exploring the Windows of Knowing.

“‘Spirituality’ as we conceive it, is the apprehension of the sacred,
the holy, the divine. In our modern world we see matter and spirit as antithetical,
but our myths reveal a different understanding.
They describe a world permeated by spirit.
~David Suzuki
